ServiceNow's Support organization needed to win internal support for a new AI-powered feature: one that could automatically resolve support cases without involving a human agent. As the organization’s communications partner, I was tasked with making a technically complex concept feel intuitive and compelling to a product stakeholder audience whose greenlight we needed.
I wrote, animated, and produced an original short video bringing the concept to life through "Agent Zero,” a crime-solving robot who intercepts cases, analyzes them, and resolves them before a human ever needs to get involved. The story made the product's value proposition immediately clear and memorable, and the feature made it into production as part of Virtual Agent and Now Assist, now central to ServiceNow's AI strategy.

ServiceNow Impact was a major new product suite that needed executive sign-off before it could move forward. I wrote, animated, and produced two proof-of-concept videos shown at senior leadership meetings across the company — and they delivered.
The project received sign-off at the highest levels of the organization, including glowing praise from Chris Bedi, ServiceNow's Global CIO. ServiceNow Impact launched in January 2022.
